This workshop is about relearning the capacity to self-regulate our emotional responses and Early in life we learn to suppress our emotions physically by tensing muscles and restricting the breath. Over time, this protective process becomes chronic and automatic, and we lose the capacity to experience and express emotions, and to feel the aliveness of life.
During this workshop you will discover different ways to open your breathing with:

Multidimensional Breath techniques
The deep breathing and conscious breathing brings us back to love and trust ourselves.
It creates new integration in our body, mind, soul.
You relearn how to trust your own abilities and your life energy.
We have a life-force inside us that heals our physical body when it is injured or sick, we also have an inner healing force that heals our emotional body when it is out of balance.
Breathwork and Trance-Eneregtic breathing allow this inner healer to work with great power.
It liberates your breath from chronic fear patterns to relax deeply.
It brings emotional stress release, a strengthening of the psycho-neuro immune system and a new integration of your body, mind and heart in deep relaxation.
